1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account on the 339bet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or household members — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 339bet employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is identified, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately, pending bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending full investigation.

Account Security

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 339bet are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand and accept the rules for the applicable market. General betting rules include the following:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play) are accepted at the live odds available at the moment the bet is received and confirmed by 339bet's systems.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 339bet reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to settle at the correct price or to refund the stake at its sole discretion.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered and the Player elects to use it before settlement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Upon account closure for breach, 339bet may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is identified following investigation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play at the time of suspension will be forfeited in all breach cases.
